Ingredients:

1pt amaranth seeds
3pt seasoned water
3pt parsley, chopped
3pt amaranth leaves, chopped
1pt green onion, sliced
1cup pomegranate seeds
2 serrano chilis, minced
1pt mint leaves
6 limequats, small diced
1cup pistachio
extra virgin olive oil
fresh lemon juice
fresh pepper
