Emilio Valverde is a seasoned  Costa Rican chef that started as a culinary assistant and worked his way up to become the Executive Chef of the Crown Plaza Corobici. Emilio was the first chef to propose hors d’oeuvre menu based on the philosophy of the Costa Rican National Plan for Healthy and Sustainable Gastronomy. Chef Emilio has been in the culinary industry for over 40 years.
