Chef Saul Cordero is a 30 year old Costa Rican chef currently Executive Chef of Antik restaurant.  His culinary style is a reflection of his career and academic journey through countries like Peru, Spain, Italy, Mexico where he adapted recipes using Costa Rican ingredients.
